               To Whom It May Concern:


               I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shelley Ho for several years.  During that time,
               Shelley held the positions of POS Coordinator and Bookkeeper.  Shelley has proven
               herself to be a highly motivated and capable individual.  Shelley was a major asset in
               the areas of problem solving and meeting deadlines.  She is a team player with excellent
               organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment. 

               As a store manager, I depended heavily on her.  Shelley has great analytical skills and a
               huge dose of common sense.  She always displayed a sense of knowing what was going
               on and prioritized accordingly.  During times of stress such as inventory, Shelley was always
               able to execute her duties in a timely manner. 

               When I left Seattle to take on duties in a store in Carmel, I would have taken Shelley with
               me if it had been possible.  She has earned my respect and appreciation as a result of her
               work ethics and just being the person she is.  Shelley will be a tremendous asset to any
               company desiring a positive, loyal, and dedicated employee.
